Joomla css and menu changes

We have joomla 2.5 site and we need to fix the next things:

1. social icons - hoover over each icon should be in original color of this social brand

2. Main menu - it doesn't work correctly - you can install a new one and just to make some good looking color.

3. One modul title should have the same style like other modul titles

4. Three modul height should be all the same (in the line)

5. On home page slider - the space on top should be same on bellow the images.
