Required a css3 expert who is *excellent* at cross platform animation techniques

You must be able to create:

1) css3 animation code to produce infinite looping backgrounds

2) Pure css driven off-canvas menu animation slide in/slide out

This job is not a CSS job but a CSS3 animation job.

All of the HTML and the CSS is in place. You will just add the fixes and finishing touches for animation.

Fixed budget: $40
