CSS Expert (multiple assignments) needed

We are a software company in Arizona, and are light in CSS skills. We have sites that we routinely run into difficulty with debugging CSS on them, and need to build a relationship with a highly available CSS expert who can review and fix CSS issues with sites as needed. We have one assignment immediately for this, but really need someone who pretty much lives by their computer and can be available via IM etc. to help with issues as they come up. Our goal is to speed up our development work by having a motivated and committed team to address and resolve issues fast. If you feel that you are ideal for this, we can start with a small project right now and see how you go. But please keep in mind we are looking to form a longer term relationship with the right consultant for this. NOTE: Only bid on this project if you are bringing at least 3 years of CSS/XHTML experience to the table. If you misrepresent yourself you WILL be given bad feedback.
