Create D3 JS interactive chart

Create a custom interactive chart. Select from 12 types to display two types of data points across five nodes on the x axis: 12 x line charts with a custom graphic and legend between each node. Needs to use D3 , client-side JS. Page should be self contained al include all CSS and JS in-body. Excel document provided for data, JPEG/PSD for design. Needs to be fully responsive on work on desktop, tablet, phablet and phone. Deadline March 3
