cakephp + two level auth

Hi I'm looking for someone who can develop a simple app in CakePHP. Basically I would like to add a layer of security in my app by integrating Google Authenticator (simple log-in, log-out and edit profile), Following is required. 1. User can register with basic details. a) By default upon registration, two level auth is disabled. 2. Log-in without two level auth Upon log-in, provision to enable two-level authentication (My Profile tab) a) ask user to re-enter password b) click a button to enable two level auth c) On clicking, Generate key with QR code. Say user to save that key d) Scan barcode using Google Authenticator (in smart phone) e) enter the token generated in app and confirm user. If user has enabled it, provision to disable it. 3. Log-in with 2 level auth a) enter log-in/password. Upon authentication, ask user to enter auth code b) get code from Google Auth app and validate. c) validate user with correct code You can use the cakephp plug-ins available on net (but have to be free for use). I've found similar functionality at www.linode.com. You can refer to that as well.
