Auto Reload on fail extension - Google Chrome

Hi,

I have an extension that does something that I work with (it does not matter what it does right now) and from time to time chrome fails to load the page.

I need to add something to that extension that will auto reload the page every time it fails.

(that gray screen that says "this webpage is not available" / "no data received")

I need that to be done within 3 hours.
