AWS cloud programmer

PLEASE READ THIS AND RESPOND WITH SPECIFIC QUESTIONS - NOT THE COPY&PASTE “I have have read your requirements and am ready to start immediately and finish your project in tomorrow” IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED I need an Amazon Web Services (AWS) expert to develop cloud functionality to complement an existing mobile app and PC application. (Cognito (for identity management) and Polly (for text-to-speech conversion) is mandated for this project.  Other suggested technologies include DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.) Mobile App or PC will need to log into an AWS account and upload text strings - these strings should be transformed into an audio file with Amazon Polly service and then both stored in the database under one or several categories - which in turn are organised in folders. We call these text-strings ALERTS as they are played back in the Mobile App to give reminders to the user at specific time intervals. The text string needs to me stored with additional tags like : who created it and when / in which voices it is available / which folder and categorie/s it is a member of / if it is approved by the administrator for public use (provided the user assigned it to a category that he designated as for public download .....  The database design should be so flexible that more Tags can be added easily as the need arises Mobile users and PC users should be able to log-in, upload alerts they  created themselves, download new alert created by others   In collaboration with the mobile app developer, you will design and create approximately 9-12 REST web services to be consumed by the mobile app.   The cloud services used by your solution should all fall under the AWS umbrella.  Use of Cognito (for identity management) and Polly (for text-to-speech conversion) is mandated for this project.  Other suggested technologies include DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.  You may propose alternatives and additions to the suggested technologies if you believe them to be appropriate.
