Construction company dynamic Flash site

The website, will present the Company PROFILE, it’s PROJECTS and will give access to a CONTACT page for Request for Information purposes. All contents of the website will be dynamically updated through an Admin Panel . I have already a similar admin panel (in PHP and MySQL). You can use this one or an new yours one. The website will be totally implemented with Flash and the contents should be within XML tags and attributes or directly from mysql database. Another implementation requirement is a Flash Intro, which will present some of company projects in photos with fade-on and fade-out or zoom-in and zoom-out dissolves. The site will be only in English.
