Creating a full meal replacement bar that constitutes a full meal

I am looking for someone that can create a formula for a full meal replacement bar. My idea was to take a full meal powder like soylent add a binder and flavor and extrude it into bar form. However I have no idea how to do this and the few " food science " experiments that I have attempted were failures.
If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Ideally I would like a partner in the business.
