I speak and write perfect English and Arabic . You need to understand Arabic to know the difference. Most Arabs find it hard to write content in literary Arabic . All Arab people use one or another dialect in their daily lives . Only highly educated people are able to communicate effectively and correctly in literary Arabic . . I am a medical doctor from Libya , however I have been in the USA for some time ,studying for a Master's degree in public health .
