Create and manage a Email campaign for our product.

I have a small list of people that I wish to create and send an email to and I would like someone to write a good email that will acheive a high click through rate and also a quality landing page that will entice the readers to by the product. Right now I wish to take advantage of people looking at new years resolutions. You must be able to write and create html emails as well as good quality landing pages to produce sales.
