Data Entry Into CMS system

I have the need for a person to enter data into a CMS system, which in turn will generate forms for data entry.
This project requires no coding.
The CMS system that will be used is windows sharepoint services, so knowledge of this is preferred. Particuarly with the use of lists.
I will be sending of a demo of an application, which will be composed of several forms. The object of this project is to replicate these form fields (again, this requires no coding) in sharepoint. This may require folder creation and basic text entry as well.
