B2B Site Needs Links

Looking for a marketing pro with proven credentials to promote my B2B sites. Need backlinks to generate highly targeted traffic. The site has 64 pages targeting 64 or so specific keywords. I need links for the main page as well as the 64 pages. Quality relevant back links only... if you don't understand what quality relevant links are, then please don't bid. I should clarify the site does not sell anything - its profit comes via third party ads. Therefore, the more traffic it gets the more ads we can sell.
