Design for newsletter

I am looking to start a weekly newsletter about information technology related material...everything from tips, tricks, walkthroughs...ect. But first I need a layout/template for the newsletter. I am not a graphic designer, but I can tell when things look good or bad. When you submit your bid PLEASE submit some sort of sample. I'm not asking for the 100% completed thing, I am simply asking for a picture of what you might think look good. I will give bonuses if you make more than 1 that I like (I must like the layout!). If you don't submit a sample, that is ok, but I just want to get an idea of what you are going to make for me. Layout/template must be easily manageable/content movable. In other words don't make it so static to where if I removed a piece of content it wouldn't look right. Please do not submit a generic bid saying "My company does blah blah blah and we are top quality blah blah". If you do I WILL report you to rentacoder. Also, do NOT bid the max, if you do you WILL be reported to rentacoder. Remember, this is going to be about computer related stuff, so make the template/layout accordingly.
