Describe very small software program

Please download, study, and describe my software program, so that any reader, a computer novice, could fully understand what is this all about. The program is really small and has only one main purpose. I'm expecting you'll be familiar with it in 3-5 minutes. You do not have to be any advanced computer user, even a novice can do this. I'm intentionally hiding all I can hide about the software - because I want you to be as independent as possible. *** IMPORTANT *** The main purpose of this project is to get your ***fresh*** look and fresh thoughts. Please don't use any thoughts or phrases that might be used in similar software programs. I will only accept fresh thoughts, ideas, wording. I will remove any "old" or "unoriginal" parts from your text before accepting your work, and you'll have to refill the description with an original content. Think twice before bidding as I will be strict. I earnestly suggest you do NOT go to the Internet to see if similar programs exist - simply because after you fill yourself with the text used there, you'll have really hard time forming your own opinion and thoughts. As a result, the quality of your work - from my point of view - will fall down ***dramatically*** in terms of this project. Figuratively speaking, please stay empty at the moment you meet my software and throughout your whole experience in this project. Alright, finished with the notation, now let's get to the details. Thanks for your patience. :) The description should be about 3000 characters long, not very comprehensive, but allowing a reader to fully understand the purpose of the software, the range of problems that the software can help them solve. I want you to invent at least 5 possible problems, actual problems, that a regular computer user might face in their computer experience, that can be solved by using this software. The first phrase (2-3 short sentences maximum) must contain an attractive, compact and distinct answer to the question: "Do I really need this software, and if yes, WHY?". The second part should give an answer to the question: "In which cases?". The rest of the description must provide a simple answer to the question: "HOW do I...?". I don't care about the level of your English language - your description will be proofread when you finish. I don't care about your computer experience - even a novice would be good. I don't care about your writing level - I only want a fresh look on my software. *** I will remove any "empty phrases". Any vacuous sentences that don't bring any additional significance. Also, please don't describe installation process, only the functionality and usability. For a potential bonus, on your way of study, you can write down any notes you might have regarding the quality, missing features, malformed interface design - anything you think can be done to improve user experience. If I like it, I'll send you a bonus and this project is complete. *** PLEASE bid $50 or below - it's unlikely more than 3-5 hours of work on this project. My target is $30.
