Copy-edit and help publish ebook to sites (i.e. Amazon (kindle format the book), Smashwords, etc.)

I have a 50 page ebook draft completed. Here's what I need: 1) Copy-edit my ebook and produce a clean, final version ready for publication to Amazon, Smashwords, B&N, and any other major publication site. I am looking for not only grammar edits, but also revisions for any current awkward sections of text. By final version, I mean the format required by the various book platforms (Amazon, Smashwords, B&N, etc.). 2) Assist me in actually publishing this ebook to sites such as Amazon, Smashwords, and any other major site where it can (and should) be sold. 3) Create a really "punchy" description for the ebook that will attract buyers. Something like what is used in the Introduction section in Amazon. 4) Help me understand how to optimize the loading of my ebook into these sites such as Amazon in order to create the biggest draw to my ebook (example: are there certain procedures that can be applied which will result in my ebook gaining greater visibility?) *Contractor must be a true wordsmith with the english language, both written and spoken.
