**Simple and short.** I lost the MS Word files I had to create the attached PDF file. It uses paragraph formats and a LOT of footnotes.
I need someone to take the attached unlocked PDF file and convert it back to a MS word file.
Familiarity with MS Word is **MUST**. Each section is a new section with the footnote numbering restarting at one. Extensive use of styles is required!**
RETYPING THE DOCUMENT IS NOT ALLOWED!**
If you win this bid, I expect **frequent** communication from you. I want to see each section as it is done. This is especially important early in the process so we can agree upon standard styles to use throughout.
The attached file is an Adobe Acrobat file. It may not open in other PDF software. Make sure the .pdf extension is showing before you try and open the file.
There has been some confusion as to how the final file should look, so I am enclosing another file in the format I want.
The completed file is to have interactive footnotes. So if I delete a footnote marker, the footnote text disappears. If I add a new footnote, the following footnote numbers are changed.
The attached word file shows this.
To make sure everyone who bids understands what I want, please attach a conversion of pages 104-106 of the pdf file along with your bid,

There appears to be a misunderstanding by some about the conversion. This is to be a fully functional conversion along with fully functioning MS word footnote capability. If I delete a footnote marker, the attached footnote text is to disappear. If I add a new footnote, the remaining footnotes are to automatically renumber.

It appears that no matter how I explained it, no matter what files I uploaded, NO ONE understood the conversion process. I must have explained it badly. I am not accepting any of the bids and am going to rewrite the proposal for another try. LJK
