Advice on the elements of a good article writing bid request

I posted an article writing request recently but got poor response to it. I would like better response in future, so I am open to suggestions. I may be doing something wrong. I would like good article writers to respond to my requests and need advice from good article writers on how I should compose such a bid request in order to make it attractive to you. I am willing to pay now for information that could lead me to paying you even more later!! :-) Please tell me more about? Writing. What is important to you when you see a bid request? What would make you want to do the job? What exact information MUST be included in the bid if any? ## Deliverables I design websites for clients and sometimes may require? content. Due to time constraints on my side, I prefer to outsource as much as possible, even though I am able to design sites and enjoy writing. This content may include articles on various topics. Even for my own websites I am looking for good writers, and I would love to hear from you. The deliverable for this project must be a one page article in MS Word that includes all the information as requested. You are welcome to include samples of your work so I can put you on my database for future reference. Thank you!
