Audio interview between 2 people transcribed

I have an Audio interview between 2 people that I would like to have transcribed into text. I need it laid out like this Said: Said: And broken into proper paragraphs and spellchecked. I require 100% accuracy and full 100% correct interpretation of the conversation. English must be your first language. I would prefer someone from either -Australia -USA -England -Canada -New Zeal and the audio is In English (We are Australian & Interview people from Australia, USA or from England) and goes for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I have allowed 5 days to get this done and I would like it back as a microsoft word document. I also need the key points of the call summarised into bullet points and put into a separate document so that someone doesn"t have to read through the whole transcript to get the same information. You can call it a boiled down (just the essentials) part of the interview. This part has to be very concise and you must use your own words and NOT copy & paste sections of the transcript for this part of the job. The summary should be at least a couple of sentences for each bullet point so as to expand on the information being discussed. Sentences have to be gramatically correct (US english) and spell checked. All sentences must be complete and make sense to me. This is a guaranteed 10/10 for the person that does this project correctly. If I am happy with your work...you will also get 2 of these per month from me...if you choose to continue with more.
