Copy Writer Needed

We are a recruitment agency based in Australia that needs a copy writer to write our job advertisements / descriptions. You must be degree qualified in English Writing / Literature and use UK / Australian English (NOT American English). You must have a very academic writing style, with an element of fun to attract our candidates. You must also demonstrate excellent writing skills and must have extensive copy writing experience. Experience writing for a recruitment agency in the past would be preferable, but not essential. It is essential however, that you do not have any clients that are recruitment agencies whilst working for us, or any company recruitment department as this will present a conflict of interest. Due to this, you must sign and abide by our confidentiality agreement, and terms & conditions - any template / format you devise will be considered our property for this project. Do not apply if you are not willing to comply with these terms. You would be needed to write these job descriptions as and when required with a 24 hour turnaround, and if all goes well, we'd get you to write pieces for our website. Currently, the writing is too colloquial and needs to be professionalised, and this would be a substantial task should you prove yourself capable. We may require one or two descriptions per month, up to five or six.
