Craigslist Clone

I need simple website built that has list pages and functionality just like Craigslist. Most important will be the Craigslist-like posting method (with anonymous email and pics), account set-up and email confirmation, user flagging ability, etc. I will also need a chatroom, blog, and ability to place affiliate ads. I prefer a provider who has done a site like this so please provide me a link to a site you have done. I also have not registered the domain name yet. Need advise on hosting.
