Craigslist clone posting software

I need a software that will post to craigslist clone sites. like http://www.gootot.com. There is many software products to post on craigslist like [login to view URL] and graco.com. Software needs to post at all cities and categories plus copy and paste captcha code. If you go to the gootot web site and post an ad you will see what I need. All cities can be opened from a word pad file and catagories can be saved to a file for the software to post with. Could be base off a macro program. I am open to ideas as to how to make it work.
