I am a versatile professional having international consulting and service industry experiences which span over six (6) years. Evidence of my analytical, problem solving, communication, customer/client relations, documentation, research, data processing, business development, software/IT, Training and people skills can be observed across all of my job responsibilities. As Adminitrative Assistant in my current position with the company in Saudi Arabia, previously as Business Consultant, IT/AYS officer, and as a External Trainer respectively, all of the positions and organizations I served strengthen my client dealing skills whose scope widened from in-person communication, phone communication, delivering standing presentation, working straight hours in stressed call center / contact center / one-stop-shop service / sales environments, writing corporate and individual level emails, developing business, financial, technical level proposal and EOIs and dealing with both far eastern and western clients/customer/guests/peers/counterparts.
All in all I am a well versed and committed Service Industry professional. My commitments to my previous organizations, my educational background in IT and Business, combined with my multitalented and multicultural experiences, has been excellent preparation for a the contract offered.
