Data Insertion into website + GIF to JPG conversion

Our website: <[login to view URL]> Currently has it's own back end CMS to add country names and a picture of the flag. Also in the CMS, you are required to assign channels to the country. The channels are provided from [login to view URL] All I require is that you add to each country it's channels by following these steps: 1) Save the channel images (GIF format) 2) Convert the images to JPG format 3) Fill out the form in the CMS by first selecting the country you are assigning the channel to, the channel name, the channel JPG image, the URL of the channel (provided by control+click on the channel) ****Important - In the case where the country does not exist, you are required to look up its flag/name and add it to the countries list.** I am willing to tutor the person on how to do it, considering they have the technical skills to do so.
