Copy products, photos, and descriptions from [login to view URL], add those products to my OpenCart based site, and copy quantity tiers with different prices from another site

I’m looking for someone to move over products from the parent website, [login to view URL], to my open-cart based drop shipping site. I want the following product categories moved, including SKU’s, photos (the watermark can be removed in the webpage coding), product descriptions, and adjusted price scales (given later) The tricky part of this job is that I want the products to have discounts based upon the quantities ordered. Different products will also have different quantities related to their discounts - for example: one product will have discounts from 1-10 products ordered, and 11-20. Another product will have discounts from 1-3 products ordered, and 4-7. Which products will have what discounts at which quantities will be copied from another site to be given later. The prices from one site must be copied and matched with the quantity discount tiers from another site. The products are identical, however.
This needs to be done for these categories from FocalPrice:

• Apple Accessories – minus batteries
• Cell Phones -> Cell phone accessories – minus batteries,
• Tablet PC -> Tablet PC Accessories only
• Apparel and Accessories – minus Men’s apparel and Women’s apparel

• Car Accessories
• Computer and Networking
• Consumer Electronics
• Health and Beauty – minus cosmetics
• Sports and Outdoor
• Toys and Hobbies
• Video games
I would also like a excel sheet made of the product categories, SKU’s on both FP and adjusted SKU for my site (just add CWI in front of the original product SKU) , original pricing from the parent website, new prices with the varying tiers, and another other relevant information based upon a template that will be provided upon winning the job.
The cheapest, quickest delivery, and highest value solution will win the bid. I will release the payment once the project is complete and there is potential for other work if it is done remarkably well.
