Data Entry - Convert PDF Catalog to Excel CSV file

I have catalogs in PDF format that I need it to be put into an Excel CSV file to be imported into a Zencart site with Easy Populate contribution. There are 10,000 products that need to be in the Excel/CSV file. The columns to complete in the spreadsheet are: Product Model (you create in short form with make/model/color of product) Product Image path (and save image to folder) Product Name (you create with make/model/color of product) Product Description (usually a bulleted list) Product Manufacturer Name Metatag Title (you create with make/model/color of product) Metatag Keywords (you create with make/model/color of product) Metatag Description (you create with make/model/color of product) - if a product has multiple colors, it requires a separate line for each color. I have tried PDF to CSV converters and they don't work, so this is pretty labor intensive. I have found it easier to copy/paste the information from the manufacturers websites. Please bid on 1,000 completed Excel CSV rows.
