Data Entry and some market research for real estate statistics in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada - repost

PROJECT DELIVERABLES: 1) Enter data for Victoria, British Columbia real estate (MLS) data into spreadsheets for Greater Victoria, Shawnigan Lake, Gulf Island and Waterfront. Template provided: here 2) Ensure graphs are correct and will print properly. Examples of these graphs are already in the template. Desired Timeline: Ideally by 11 am Pacific Time January 21, 2013. Sorry for the rush, but the person who originally won this project did not complete any work, or been in communication and so I had to re-post. Open the 2012 Month-By-Month" for December which is a PDF document 2. Input the data for "Residential, Single Family" for December 2012 as listed on the line "Total Greater Victoria Area" line These are the values you should see: Month: December Year: 2012 Median Sale price: 515,250 Inventory:* Sales (Units): 145 New Listings Added:* *I haven't figured out yet how to find the inventory (total # of listings) & New Listings Added. So, I need you to do that for me, please and thank you. PRICE My budget is $35 CAD but I don't know how to specify that in this posting, so please keep that in mind. BIDDING TIPS Please ensure you are using proper English when bidding. Bids that have a lot of grammar and English language mistakes make me very nervous! It is better if you can tell me how you will approach the project, and how you will guaranty your work is good etc. Bidders, please do not send generic links to your company sites without any details, or send general bids without any detail.
