address database cleanup

I have a database in excel with 1000 addresses of Australian schools. However the data is somewhat dirty and needs cleaning up. There are a few general rules for what needs to be cleaned up 1.) I have School name, Postal Code, State and Suburb Correct. However, the street address fields sometimes have this information duplicated. Where there is duplication I need the duplicates removed 2.) Some of the names in the name Fields are in all caps. I'd like these changed to first letter caps only. 3.) Some of the addresses contain phone numbers. I'd like those removed if they are in there.
