We have product images of our baby clothes collection and we need someone to rename/encode these images for us. There are two pictures of every product (front and back). In total there are 7000 pictures to be encoded. We have an Excel list with the original article numbers, color numbers and matching EAN codes. Every product has its own code, unique for size and color. This is called an EAN code, this is a long code for example 8715141000360. We need you to connect every EAN code to the right picture. It’s very important that the color of the product in the code, matches the color in the photo. You make copies of the photos because you need as many as there are sizes and colors. Then you name every single picture after the right EAN code and save the picture. You will do this for the front and the back picture of every product. You rename the front product image EANCODE.jpg. The back you rename: EANCODE_1.jpg. In the bottom you find an example on how to name the pictures. Please make sure that you use ‘jpg’ and NOT ‘JPG’ or JPEG.
