Do some Excel Work

I have an Excel file and one column has zipped files that I need to have a VBA o something to unzip the file and enter the image URL back into each cell. There are also Bullet columns. I need to add <li> to each cell and then bring all the bullets in the row into one cell. I will attach a sample file. The end of the last bullet will need to have <br>Fits:<br> to the end of it.
