Database information gathering

We will shortly be subscribing to a database website Because the information contained on the database is sensitive, it is necessary to open each individual entry in order to extract the relevant company name and contact information/address. There are approximately 15,000 UK entries that we need extracted and put into a document that we can use to create a mailing list
