Distributor Contact List Update

We are in the process of updating Distributor contact list with the most current information. We are looking for an individual to contact each name on the provided Excel file to fill in any gaps in information and to make sure the information we have is current (ie highlighting old contacts in red, updated contacts in green and current and correct information in white). If the contact cannot be reached by phone, an email will be sent out as a secondary measure and follow-up phone call might be required. We will provide an email account and login to send and receive emails to update the file. Project Scope: Update Excel file of about 1200-1300 names, via phone and email. Follow up on non-responsive contacts on list. Input the updated data in the provided Excel file. We will provide the Excel file, script for making the phone calls, email template and online account to send emails all infomation will be posted through and uploaded to freelancer.com. Project Requirements: Fluent in English with a clear American accent is very important, Ability to call on behalf of our company with good phone manners, Understanding and managing of the 1300 names in Excel.
