Build Excel File From Contact Info in PDF

Attached is a multiple page PDF with the names, job titles, organization names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc. for dozens of people. I'd like you to take that data and build an Excel spreadsheet so that each row contains the data for one of the people listed in the PDF and you include the following columns for each person: 1. First name 2. Last name 3. Job title 4. Organization name 5. Street address 6. City 7. State/Province 8. Zip / Postal code 9. Phone number with area code 10. Email address No need to include any other data even if it is in the PDF. For example, don't bother including in the Excel their fax numbers. A small percentage of the people will not have all of the above fields. If that's the case, then leave the "not available" field blank in the Excel file. For example, if the PDF does not include a job title for a person, leave the job title field blank for that person. Note that the format for the people is roughly identical but not identical. Some have their job title as the second row and organization as the third row of their contact information while others have no job title so the second row is their organization. So you may be able to automate some of this process but you will have to go through the Excel carefully to make sure that the correct data is in the correct field for each person. Fortunately, it should be pretty obvious when you need to move data around for someone.
