Data Entry - Email contacts from Magazine to Excel

There are around 110 pages with contact e-mail addresses that need to be added to an excel spreadsheet. Per page there are on average 30 email addresses, but this varies page to page. I will send over the Excel spreadsheet that I have already started and I would need the rest of the email addresses added to it. The contacts are from a magazine so I would have to send it to you in order for this work to be done. I would like the magazine sent back to us once the project is completed. There are different sections within the magazine such as Police, Fire & Rescue and I need the different sections email addresses on separate pages as shown in the spreadsheet.
