Data update

We have a significantly large database and would like to update it in a systematic manner. This would involve utilzing existing information, checking for updates in specific portals, linking up to people on linkedin in, offering them to be included in an external job search platform and checking if they are interested in new roles. Inputing new employers or roles. There is a very specific and pre-determined series of steps to follow in a systematic manner in order to maximize the value of the data itself. The scope of the exercise would be to make the data usable and more up to date for our consultants. We also hope this would generate leads. We would provide online access to our in-house database, and provide linkedin accounts which will be of the company which will need to be built up in specific business areas. We have over 20,000 records to update. Once these are updated we would seek to expand this database. Each record could take around 2-10 minutes to update depending on information available. I would be open to hire either individuals or teams to do this. We would like this to be completed in 3 months. Also open to have this as an on-going exercise.
