C++ Windows Forms Application with Insert, Delete data functions

I'm looking for a talented programmer for a very small project. Here is the project situation (This is not difficult, I just specify more): There are 10 RFID readers, and they will read 10 tags respectively. Then, the readers will send the tags data information to the computer. But now, you just need to simulate this situation, it is totally not related to the RFID technology at this moment. First, you have to build two windows forms, one is to simulate the RFID readers reading the tags, each RFID readers have two status"ON" and "OFF". Take RFID reader1 as an example, once you click(normally "ON") the "OFF" button, the second windows form will show the tag1 name and the time1 that you click the button. If you click back to the"ON" button, the second window form will show the time2 that you click the button. This action is an one complete cycle. If you start this action again, the data will be recorded in the next row. Also, there should be a "Remove" button which can remove those data have two time records(time1 and time2). I will send you more details. (And one thing more, once you finish this project, I will need you again in the second project(another deal) to improve this to receive RFID readers signals and send it through wifi)
