you need to download them has high quality flv files using a service like keepvid
must be 720p or better
must be .flv extensions
there are 26 videos
upload them via the web interface to an amazon s3 bucket
set the permissions on the uploadedfile
reference each from an xml file (paste the full path to the the the video into an xml file)
document it in a spreadsheet - make an entry in the spreadsheet that specifies what video each xml contains
