Adding closed captioning to YouTube videos

We have 750 videos on YouTube. They are all short videos that are mostly 30 seconds to 3 mintues in length. Each video has roughly 8 to 15 English sentences embedded within. We need someone to add English closed captioning to each video using text appearing within the video. This involves: 1) Creating a caption file that conforms to YouTube standards; 2) Uploading the created caption for each video on YouTube, and 3) Documenting all captions created. ## Deliverables Every individual caption needs to be in sync to within 0.1 seconds of the equivalent caption within the video, both appearing and disappearing. All text within the video should be captioned; different text groups (headings, descriptions, etc.) should be shown on different lines if they appear together. All captions need to be free from spelling and grammatical errors (even if they are present in the titles within the embedded videos). Caption files can be done using any method that confirms to YouTube standards; refer to [login to view URL] for a guide on creating it in any text editor. Each caption file should also be emailed to us using the filename equivalent to the Video Name plus the language ("Video-English"). All work done needs to be documented in a single master file (template will be provided), so that it can be translated into other languages in future. ## Platform Excel based solution required.
