Staffing company is in need of an admin. assistant. Having a background in property management or tax credit is helpful but not necessary. Must have an administrative type background and a good work history. Must have good Word and Excel skills. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Company offers benefits and PTO. Duties include: Maintain files of audits. Assist in answering the phone and transferring calls. Reviewing reports for the firm. Schedule & organize training classes, meetings, travel, and conferences. Reconcile monthly reports. Keep accurate filing system. & other general office duties. Candidates based in USA only.

For the first milestone I would answer and transfer calls, keep accurate files and maintain file audits. For the second milestone I would continue milestones 1 and reviewing reports for the firm. The opportunity presented is very appealing and I believe that the last almost 2 decades of prior work experience as well as my A+ certification will make me a very strong candidate for this position. I have worked for a variety of call centers ranging from small to large and provided remote support and scheduling through them all. I have worked with AD extensively, handled system, software and peripheral support, assisted in network setup and support and provided mobile device and console support. I have worked with a variety of large and proprietary scheduling software and learn very fast. I possess strong knowledge in a variety of software, languages, media design both in digital and printed material and have also filled many different roles depending on company need. During my time as a manager I directed teams of various sizes ranging in employee numbers between 2 to 65+ people.
