Project summary:
-Build an asynchronous course in Blackboard (BB access to be provided)
-12 modules with video, quizzes, discussion boards and other features
-Videos to be uploaded using Kaltura
-Course will be in Portuguese but can be built in English placeholder and then content swapped out for Portuguese translation content
-Provide "best practices" and technical consulting for asynchronous course design:
-Manage production to ensure that course development meets agreed upon timelines.
-Estimated production time - 50 hours
-Course must be completed by Feb 1, 2016
