Call leads and record information into spreadsheet

The attached spreadsheet contains 1250 records, each record represents an apparel manufacturer residing in Los Angeles. We need more information on each of these manufacturers, so we will like to hire you to call each manufacturer on the list and collect the additional information listed below. First we suggest you pose as a customer who is inquiring about their business. They'll be more willing to share information with you if you do so. Second, these are businesses that typically open from 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday PST. Here are the four pieces of information we need you to inquire from the company: 1) If you call the number and find that the apparel manufacturer is no longer at that number, record "No" in the "Is Valid" field of the spreadsheet 2) Confirm that the address you have in the spreadsheet is still correct. If it is not, collect the correct address and update it in the spreadsheet. 3) Find out how many sewers (people who sew clothing) they employ. Record your findings in the "Number of sewers" field of the attached spreadsheet. 4) Find out what kinds of apparel pieces (T-shirts, denim, blouses, pants, men's wear, women's wear etc) they are best suited to work on. Record your findings in the "Job Types" field of the spreadsheet. 5) Find out what their maximum monthly capacity is; that is, what is the maximum number of pieces of apparel they make in a month. Record your findings into the “Maximum Monthly Capacity” field of the spreadsheet. Repeat the process described above for each record in the attached spreadsheet. When you are done, the three fields: "Number of Sewers", "Job Types", and "Maximum Monthly Capacity" for each of the records in the spreadsheet should be filled out. If you find that the apparel manufacturer is no longer at the phone number record "No" in the "Valid Record" field. It should take you 1 - 2 minutes to collect the data described above for each call.
