I would like to be considered for this job position.
I have 8 years of administrative work in a fast paste environment where I had to multi-task and I was responsible for Data Entry, Payroll, Mailing, Billing, Basic Accounts Receivable/Payable. I am skilled in all areas of office procedures, and I am especially knowledgeable on the computer using Microsoft Office, Google calendar, outlook etc.
I also have worked as a Virtual Assistant for over 5 years with the responsibility of data entry entering information such as leads into database, Ad posting to different websites such as Craigslist, Backpage, Ebay Classified, Kijiji and a few other sites. Also doing research in finding expired leads, email address, phone number to be entered on excel spreadsheet. I am the team leader to the CL team in helping getting ads posted with out getting flagged.
I have also done research in finding accredited music teachers in 50 states by researching phone number, email address, school, and the type of instrument played in excel spreadsheet .
I am also skilled as a customer service rep calling Amazon customers getting feed back on how product is working out for them and also as a telemarketer calling customers to help get them out of debt.
I am diligent and a hard worker. I am at my desk majority of the day so I am available when you need me.
