Data Scraping from Sports Websites

I need someone who can write a script that will download data from a web page into excel for me - I need this person to run it to get past data and then let me have the script so I can get the data in the future using excel. This should be a fairly simple project I just don't know how to do it.
The information will need to come from [url removed, login to view], ESPN, and [url removed, login to view] - and include Line, Money Line, Total, Home team, Home team Game, Away Team Game and - should be dumped into excel spreadsheet - The sports I need are NCAAF, NFL, NBA, NCAAB, MLB
I also need some other game specific data that you can get to from the game scoreboard page
I also will need
Baseball I only need the starting pitcher ONLY for the starting pitcher of each team, team win streak, team loss streak, home sweep, away sweep.
NBA I need point spread, total, west coast team consecutive away games in EST zone, and east coast team consecutive games in PST zone
NFL& NCAAF I need only point spread and total
If you are able to do this project I would send you a spreadsheet with the headers I need for this project. Looking to have this done ASAP.
