Assists the General Manager and HR Administrator with various clerical functions to ensure effective and efficient running of the operation.
Provide effective and timely administrative support including document preparation, meeting arrangements and attendance administration.
Oversee and ensure compliance with airport badge requirements to include processing of new hires, inventory and badge collections.
Conduct applicant pre-employment screenings and schedule interviews.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees by preparing new hire packets and scheduling for orientation and training.
