1. Acting as a medium between Our company and customers/ other companies.
2. Good negotiation skills.
3. Willing to do real business.
4. Familiar in BPO playground.
The main function of the contractor is to introduce the clients to us. If the discussion between the company and the client was successful, that specific contractor will be given 30% of share in the profit of that project. If you introduce bulk projects valued $1000 in a day, we can take care of the work and you will be awarded with 30%, ie $300 in a day. So introduce more and earn more.
