adjust some member info in joomla

I have a joomla site with a list of members Currently the members are listed First name, Last name I need this reversed so they are listed Last Name, First Name Also some members have a title after the name like M.D. - this would need to be added you can access the full member list in admin and just cut and past the last name after the first name thencheck the sheet to see if that person has a title and if they do... add it there are approx 300 members will pay $20 - I think this can be done in an hour or less
