convert 8000 pictures from excel into a URL link

hello bro , I almost done the file you sent me before it turns to around 1180 products with pictures my bid is for the already done work the 1180 products , *I know you wanted the whole 8000 rows to be done for around 100 USD but this is too far from the actual work *also the work to extract a website take less time more than downloading pic and reupload them back so if you need to switch to extracting process will be better for both and better price also
