Do some Excel Work

Hi, I own a restaurant and am preparing a spreadsheet that allows me to cost my meals. What I need is an excel workbook where, on one tab, I can put all of the ingredients along with their price per KG/L. Then, when I cost a meal, I want to be able to select the ingredient from a drop down list and have that ingredient pop up with the price per kg/l next to it so that I can then enter the quantity using that data and find the total of the meal. I need this done now as I am sitting down to cost meals now so please only bid if you can finish this immediately. Thank you.
