Answer Buiness Phone and Make Appointments

Strongly Prefer Someone USA Based without accent. You will need to be able to call USA based customers back.
We are a small start up company and we are looking for someone who lives on the east coast who can answer a phone when a customer calls in to our business.
What we envision is as follows:
Customer calls between the hours of 9am &7pm Mon-Fri.
Calls will come in for either appointment booking or general information.
Call will forward to you and you will answer. If you do not answer then you will listen to voicemail and return customers call.
If customer needs to book, you will book their appointment. If customer has questions you will answer questions based on your knowledge of the business, as we will share that with you. We will also provide you with FAQa.
At the end of each call you will document on a spreadsheet that we provide information so we know who was called and what was the purpose.
This is very easy work and is best suited for someone who stays home mostly and is available to answer the phone. If your retired this would work well for you. You can be anywhere on the east coast.
You will need your own computer to book the appointments and know how it works.
Now because we are start up we don't get many calls, maybe 1 or 2 a day 10 or so a week. So we can't pay much at this point
Because its not many calls we are looking to pay $20.00 a week. When business increases we would revise this but answering 1 or 2 calls a day will not take much time, but we would want your availability. Calls can be forwarded to your existing phone and when the call from the business comes in you will see that in the caller ID and know how to answer the phone.
