Assigning categories and sub categories to products

My company deals with the supply of hotelware equipment. I need someone to assign categories and sub categories to a list of products. The product list is very big around 30,000 products. Only someone with a sound knowledge of the particular products will be able to assign the products with the proper categories and sub categories.
We deal with goods from various sectors, as shown below, I have attached a file which contains a few sample products that we have in our product, this is to give you an idea of the product type and what sort of products will need categories and sub categories assigned to them. I have also attached a list of categories and sub categories to be used.
